Construction Progress: The Vargas home construction is well underway, thanks to our general contractor, Burt Clark.
Volunteer Opportunities: We are excited to announce we will be breaking ground for the 1st CHIP Grant Home in May. This isn't possible without our community volunteers! If you would like to be a part of this very worthwhile project, please get on the volunteer list by contacting Joy Martin at admin@habitatrabun.com. She will send notifications for upcoming volunteer days.
The Habitat ReStore is once again able to pick up your donations. As you are doing your spring-cleaning remember ALL donations are welcomed! Your contributions make a significant impact.
Event: Habitat for Humanity of Rabun County and The City of Clayton are partnering in a "Touch A Truck" Event. Mark your calendar for August 10th, 11:00 am – 3:00pm at the Pavilions in downtown Clayton. Family-friendly event lets you explore and learn about different types of vehicles while supporting a good cause.

Hello, We are the Vargas Family! We moved to Georgia years ago with a purpose. We are a Christian family with a lot a dreams in our hearts and like every family, one of our prayers was to have our own home, and God answered. We thank Habitat and everyone that support it for making this prayer come true, and we want to tell everyone don’t stop believing, because for those who believe, everything is possible.
