Sky Valley Garden Club President Hollie Steil presents a $500 check to Habitat for Humanity® of Rabun County President Dan McAfee for landscaping the latest Habitat house. The 1,250 square-foot home in Clayton has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great room, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, with internet wiring throughout.
When completed by the end of October it will become home to a single mother with two children. The Sky Valley Garden Club annually donates funds to landscape Habitat homes as a community service. Habitat Rabun celebrates its 30 year anniversary this year and the 2019 home marks its 35 home built here.
